Tajul took up farming even though he is an urban, educated fellow. With his consistent efforts and dedication, he has successfully implemented biofloc in Narayanganj. Biofloc fish farming is an environment-friendly alternative farming process, where waste is recycled.
He is also the Director of Azad Knit Composite and Textile Mill Pvt. Ltd, the Chief Adviser of a daily newspaper, Ujjibito, and the chairman of Kaif development Pvt. Ltd. More than three thousand people are currently employed in Tajul's companies. A noteworthy fact is that none of his employees were fired during the pandemic.
