As the owner of Team Innovation, Mohit Bijlani and his team have crafted multiple hits. So he rightly knows what goes into making these events. He says, "We have a huge team working on different aspects so that you can have your best night of life. From getting the top artists on board to finding the right venue and double-checking the technicals, we keep ourselves shielded with everything."

Talking about the biggest challenge, Mohit Bijlani says, "Not getting the event promoted is the biggest mistake. How will people know about the show if no one tells them? So, we ensure that we use every possible way to reach each person and notify them about the shows."

Besides this, getting the artists is a tough row to hoe. Mohit says, "We know the audience wants to see their favourite musicians on the stage or at least attend the concert of a leading artist; however, these talents are not easy to reach as they have tighter schedules. Thus, there's immense work here as well."

Mohit Bijlani crafted grand shows featuring leading artists like B Praak, DJ Chetas, King, LOC, Madhur Sharma, Carlcox, Ali Zafar, and many more. He has also supported King's Champagne Talk Tour, AP Dhillon's Takeover Tour, Arjun Kanungo's Tour, B Praak's King of Hearts Tour, and many more. Mohit has recently announced KRSNA's The Dollar Sign India Tour.
