Debutant director Neeraj Ghaywan and the cast consisting of Richa Chadda and newcomers Vicky Kaushal (son of Bollywood action director Sham Kaushal) and Shweta Tripathi visited the mid day office on Tuesday. The film, which won accolades at the Cannes film festival in May, hits the marquee this week.
Ghaywan is hoping for word-of-mouth publicity as his film has to battle for screen space with the Salman Khan starrer 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'.
Richa, who did the film, for its powerful narrative is keen to strike a balance between commercial and real cinema. Shweta and Vicky felt they were lucky to be part of a film that's making so much news even before it hits the theatres.
