According to locals, the hordes of pilgrims who visited the temples to seek diving blessings during the month of Shravan donated gallons of milk to the needy and poor instead of the traditional practice of bathing the idol in it.
The director feels credit should also go to his co-writer Bhavesh Mandalia for bringing about a change in the mindset of people when it comes to giving offerings to the Lord. Says Shukla, “Several people have contacted me over the social media to tell me about it. It’s a great feeling.”u00a0
