Apart from my business, books keep me busy. I love to read. I always have a book with me when I am travelling. I read a lot of fiction from different countries. I guess it introduces me to other cultures and helps me understand the ways of life in the global cities. 
I have really enjoyed books like Alexander, the four-part series and some of the lady detective books. I have read books which were translated in English because they were written in foreign languages.
There was a time when I never liked reading Indian authors. I don't now why, but I couldn't connect with them well. Lately though, Indian authors have started realistic writing, something you can really relate to. Not all of it is great writing though. One author I can really connect with is Chetan Bhagat. His Five Point Someone is my favourite because my brother studied in IIT and so I can identify with it easily. The emerging trend in Indian authors has forced me to read them now.
