Fardeen Khan continues weight training despite ankle pain because he's eager to lose the flab

Fardeen Khan had a little accident while working out yesterday. It left him with a sprained ankle. The actor has been working out with his Australian trainer John Reynolds for a week now to build awesome abs.



Wanna get lean!
Says a source, "Fardeen has been working out religiously and rigorously . He's very keen to lose the extra weight and get a lean, mean physique. He is also on a controlled diet."

On Thursday morning, the actor hurt his ankle while training with leg weights.u00a0 "Now his trainer has advised him to only do light exercises, and not strain his body for the next few days. Right now, Fardeen's wearing plaster bandage on his ankle. His trainer is adept at treating muscle sprains and injuries and he applied the cold compress and the plaster himself."

Fardeen brushes off his injury, "Yes I sprained my ankle but it's nothing serious."
