When Manisha Koirala was diagnosed with cancer, her close friend Deepti Naval rushed to her side to console her. The veteran actress also travelled to US when Manisha spent time at a health facility recuperating from her ailment. We now hear that her old-time director friends, including Rajkumar Santoshi and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, have apparently been offering her films now that the actress is keen to return to Bollywood.

Manisha left for the US once again on Monday night with her mother for an upcoming health check-up session. The actress has mostly been resting at home and utilising the time on hand to go through a few scripts.u00a0A source says, “Manisha has a lot of offers in hand but has decided to do only meaningful roles and that too with influential directors. Santoshi also happens to be an old friend and is a regular visitor to her place.”
Manisha is slated to return to the country in the first week of December and then take a call on which project to work on. The actress’ spokesperson confirms, “Manishaji has received a lot of scripts. SLB and Santoshi have also offered her something but right now she is focussing on her health. Once she is back, she will take some time to decide on the offers.”However, sources close to Bhansali denied that he has offered any script to the actress.u00a0
