While Akshay Kumar lunched with the Canadian PM Stephen Harper yesterday, Akki's wife Twinkle had a meal with the premier's wife Laureen.
A bereaved Twinkle (her aunt Simple Kapadia passed away last week) made it a point to attend the event as it was a commitment made earlier and the PM had specially flown down to Mumbai to meet Akshay and Tina.

Also present at the lunch were other Canadian diplomats and their wives. As reported ('Let's do lunch'; Hitlist, November 16), Akki is the only Indian torchbearer at the Winter Olympics in Canada next year.
