Juhi and Aarya renew their sibling vows

Juhi and Aarya Babbar can't stop pulling each other's leg as they regale us with stories. Aarya says that his parents love her more and that is why she's so fair and beautiful. He's also quick to remind her that he once saved her from a crowd of 800 people in Bhopal at a rally held by his dad's political party. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, CS gets the sibblings talking about their better halves:

Who: Juhi and Aarya Babbar
What: Talking about their relationship
Where: At their Juhu home

Festive drama
Juhi: The festival of Raksha Bandhan is a very important one in my family. My dad has four sisters and none of them live in Mumbai. So since I was a child, I'd get to tie rakhis to Gorky (Aarya's nick name), my dad and my chacha. Gorky would always cry whenever I tried puting the tika on his forehead.
Aarya: Oh, didi loved to torment me. In fact, she'd say that when I'd marry, she and mom would torture my wife, just like Bindu and Lalita Pawar would, in films. I believe that a brother should always be there for his sister. If a man can't take on this responsibility, then he's not fit enough to take on any.

With love
Juhi: Oh, but let me tell you that I'm still dying to play Bindu! Aarya's career is on an upswing, and we'd be immensely happy if he marries anytime soon. He's extremely talented, and in the last few years he's cultivated qualities like perseverance and patience, which I really respect him for. Life hasn't been too smooth for Aarya, but he's never lost hope and hasn't ever let me do the same. He's my biggest support system.
Aarya: What I love about didi is the fact that she's so organised, unlike me. Even sitting here, she can tell her maid back home what's kept where. Also, she's a fantastic leader. I can't thank her enough for helping me understand girls. She's the one who's helped patao and manao all my ex-girlfriends.

On my nerves
Aarya: But let me add that she's also extremely headstrong. We always wanted her to learn cooking, but it's only after marriage that she decided to do so. Also, she's a big bully. She's like Marlon Brando, you can't fight with didi, you can only try to find a feasible solution. And, I hate her idiotic fascination with flower print dresses.
Juhi: What I don't like about Gorky, is his temper. He's learnt to control it, but rub him off the wrong way and you've had it. Also, lots of things about him irritate meu00a0-- he's got the worst PJ-kind of sense of humour. And, he promises and doesn't give me gifts. I'm still waiting for my gift from last year's Raksha Bandhan.
