Cooking for me... is a huge stress buster. I love to cook and eat. If I get a day off, I make some quick grilled or baked dish for myself. I keep the elaborate Indian meals for the long weekends.u00a0

My favourite cuisine is... Japanese, Thai and Indian.
My specialty... is green salad with baked sesame chicken. It's healthy, easy to cook and very yummy.

Comfort food...u00a0 is spicy Thai green curry with rice. I also love butter chicken and the hot chocolate fudge found in Delhi.
