The days of dolls are back again. The grand finale of DLF City Queen 2009, held at the DLF City Club in Gurgaon, was a glittery affair. The Saturday night do saw a panel of judges that included fashion designer Abdul Halder, photog Rahul Dutta, model Shipra Malik and entrepreneur Neetu Pavan among others. Twenty three-year-old Mass Comunication graduate Anamika Benn was declared the winner while Kirat Ahluwalia and Surbhi Puranik were announced the first and second runners up, respectively.
