Rahman does his bit for climate change

A R Rahman is all set to create awareness about global warming and climate change through his Jai Ho world tour. The venues of his concerts will have a green carpet for all the guests and only non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

The tour will travel 16 major cities in the US, Canada, Netherlands, France, Norway and United Kingdom. The concert kicks off June 11 at the Nassau Coliseum in New York. The finale shows will be in the UK. In fact, the rights of these finale shows were sold for Rs 10 crore recently.
