For Sammir Dattani, the sky is the limit. Well literally. The actor who has just returned from Queenstown, New Zealand, where he was shooting for Karan Johar's I Hate Luv Stories, can't stop talking about his 'insane and awesome' sky-diving experience. He shares the drama with CS:

Dive time
When I got to know of my shooting schedule, I knew that I would be spending my birthday (January 27) in the world's adventure sports capital. I couldn't have been more excited! I wanted this birthday to be different, so I decided to go sky-diving that day. Since I am really scared of heights, I didn't think that the experience would be as much fun. I wanted to do it more for the sake of overcoming my acrophobia.

I was very jittery to start with. In fact, I was more scared about chickening out at the last minute and making a fool out of myself in front of all the people, than I was of the act itself. But then, I just shut my eyes and took the plunge. I can't explain the exhilarating feelingu00a0-- when you're freefalling from a moving plane at a height of 12,000 feet and going at a speed of 220 km/hour before the parachute opens, you are bound to be terrified.

But in no time you start enjoying the feeling of being airborne. This was probably the highpoint of my trip. In fact, I was so gung ho about my achievement that I convinced my co-stars Imraan (Khan) and Sonam (Kapoor) to give it a shot too. Being their enthusiastic selves, they followed my advice.

The NZ connection
Queenstown is a beautiful place. It is absolutely picture perfect, literallyu00a0-- it's been the perfect location for our picture. I had such a blast shooting for the film in this Kiwi city. In my free-time, I would take off mountain biking, rafting, hiking and more. But all those experiences just pale in comparison to my sky-diving feat. It gave me a real high!
