Seems he wanted to shoot at a particular farmhouse on the outskirts of Chandigarh, but the owners, a Chautala family, were not interested in giving their property for any film shoot. Fortunately, the filmmaker learnt that Dutt knew the Chautalas and shared a great friendship with them.
