Though 'Padmavati' is on the brink of completion, buzz from the production house is that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has requested investors to delay the film's release by six months.
It is being said that the Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor-starrer has been shot in a hurry because of which the edit will be a long, strenuous one.
The producers are adamant that the film releases on November 17 as scheduled. As it is an expensive film, a long wait will entail extra expenditure making it difficult for the project to recover cost. Now if only Bhansali relents.
