Love sarees but don’t know how to wear them? We have all been there. Media channel Indi in the City recently launched a series of videos, The Saree Series, which is a DIY modern take on traditional draping.
Indo-Western Drape
This series is in keeping with the existing revivalist nature of the brand to bring back the saree as a closet essential. The channel has associated with designer Ritu Kumar for the video tutorials.
The Boho Chic Drape
These videos, featuring stylist Sanjana Ghai showcase six different styles — the Cocktail, Indo-Western, Work Wear, Sangeet, Boho Chic and Dhoti. Each video is about two minutes long. We love the Indo Western Drape that ends with a beautiful bow at the back.
