Shabana Azmi gave a speech at upper house of the British Parliament

Shabana Azmi, who received the Gandhi International Peace Prize at the House Of Lords in 2006, returned to the upper house of the British Parliament on Thursday to speak on the subject of identity and integration. Azmi addressed how gender, communities, cultures and nations can be equal, yet separate. She had apparently written the speech on the flight.
