If the grapevine is to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan’s 'Raees' will fly solo at the box office during the Republic Day 2017 weekend, averting a clash with Hrithik Roshan-starrer 'Kaabil'. Talks of Kaabil’s release being pushed back had surfaced following the debacle of Hrithik’s 'Mohenjo Daro' last month.

However, Rakesh Roshan, who had a four-hour late night meeting with Shah Rukh Khan and Raees producer Ritesh Sidhwani, had maintained that Kaabil will hit screens as scheduled. But, turns out that the latter’s shooting has slowed down as Roshan Sr is doing a rethink. Meanwhile, SRK is returns from Prague next week and another long meeting between the two producers is due.
