Sonam Kapoor puts vacation on hold

Sonam Kapoor is planning to take a long-intended break and head to Paris. It will be the first such trip for the fashionista.

The Aisha actress says, "My most favourite holiday destination is Paris but I have never been there. In fact I have not gone on a holiday since I was 18 years old."



She continues, "My sister Rhea has been urging me to go to Paris. I had planned to go after Aisha released but I am now in Toronto shooting for Thank You." If her date diary allows, the Kapoor girl will head to her holiday destination in October with her sister and close friends Shanya and Namrata.

History lover
It is not the fashion houses that beckon Sonam to Paris. "Though I do want to visit Coco Chanel's home, I am fascinated by the Louvre museum. I am a history student and I want to soak in some French culture. I also want to roam the streets of Paris and sit in a caf ufffd at the Champs Elysee sipping coffee. I want to be like a normal tourist."

Although Paris is still a few months away, Sonam is happy to wait. "I am happy to be working. This year I had two releasesu00a0-- I Hate Luv Storys and Aisha. And I have been shooting abroad for Mausam and Thank You. It's good that I have so much work. I am not complaining at all."
