While films and music have been his focus, Aparshakti Khurana also dedicated his time to play football with his team mates from the All Stars Football Club. Today, the actor is scheduled to play a match alongside officers of the Indian Navy.

The match is being held to raise money for widows and the families of defense personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. Khurana, who joins the navy officers for the special game at Bombay Gymkhana later this evening, says, “It is an honour to be on the same field as the heroes who serve our great nation. I am looking forward to being a part of this friendly match organised ahead of our Republic day. Football is a perfect fun team sport. I am keen on doing my bit for a larger cause.”
