Athiya Shetty and Ahan Shetty wish their 'hero' father Suniel Shetty on his birthday with unseen pictures

Athiya Shetty and Ahan Shetty walked down memory lane and shared unseen pictures with their father Suniel Shetty on his 62nd birthday

Suniel Shetty is celebrating his 62nd birthday today. On this occasion, the superstar received special wishes from his daughter Athiya Shetty and son Ahan Shetty. They wished him on Instagram by sharing unseen pictures. While Athiya walked down memory lane, Ahan shared a picture from her wedding. 

Athiya shared a series of pictures on Instagram stories. In the first picture, one can see him carrying her in his arms. The actress' caption read, "Happy birthday papa! I love you." The second image was a family picture. Sharing it, she wrote, "Thank you for being our rock."

Ahan shared a picture with Suniel from Athiya's wedding with KL Rahul. He wrote, "The hero every son hopes to be.. Happy Birthday papa 🖤" Replying to the wish, the actor wrote, "Luv you my bachcha 🖤"

Suniel's daughter Athiya is an actress who made her debut with Hero in 2015. She also starred in Mubarakan. After Motichoor Chaknachoor with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Athiya is yet to announce her next film. She tied the knot with Indian cricket team's KL Rahul on January 23 this year. It was an intimate affair that was held at Suniel and Mana Shetty's Khandala farmhouse. They got married in the presence of family members and close friends. Ahan followed his father and sister's footsteps into the industry with Tadap in 2021. He hasn't confirmed his next since then. 

Workwise, Suniel was seen in Operation Fryday in January this year. He also starred in the web series titled Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega. Suniel has reunited with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal for the much-anticipated Hera Pheri 3. He returns as Shyam in the franchise. Hera Pheri 3 is yet to be announced officially. The film is kept under tight wraps after its director Farhad Samji was criticised for making bad films and shows like Pop Kaun and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. A picture of Akshay, Paresh and Suniel from the sets of Hera Pheri's 3 announcement video went viral a couple of months ago. There's no further development on the film. Rumours were rife that Farhad will be replaced as the director but there's no verified information on the same.
