All about the blast

The Delhi Police have filed a complaint in relation to the blast under several sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the Explosives Act, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. According to news agency ANI, Delhi Police officials received CCTV footage of the suspect's automobile entering and exiting the parking lot.

According to them, the footage shows that the suspect was alone at the time.

Earlier, speaking with ANI, Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that a bomb had exploded in a Hyundai i20 automobile at the Subhash Marg traffic light near the Red Fort in Delhi at 7 p.m. on Monday, injuring some pedestrians and damaging some vehicles.

According to Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha, a slow-moving vehicle stopped at a red light at the Red Fort Metro Station in the national capital, and an explosion happened, causing damage to neighbouring automobiles.
