Even if two people never publicly confirm their relationship, reports documenting every part of their love story are virtually always available online, making it nearly impossible to have a personal life in general. Even Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday were in the same scenario. Although gossip columns speculated extensively about the end of their supposed courtship, neither of them confirmed or denied anything until recently.

Kartik has now spoken out about their relationship, stating that he loves Ananya unconditionally. When asked about their breakup and how they decided to work with each other again. He said, “She and I understand each other a lot. It’s been a journey. We’ve had our moments in life, and we’ve seen the ups and downs. And somewhere down the line, I’ve realised that both of us, as individuals, have really evolved and grown into that space,” while talking to Filmfare.
Kartik Aaryan went on to mention about how Ananya holds a special place in his heart, “Mine and Ananya’s relationship has never been about hatred or love-hate. It’s always been love, love, love, irrespective of the situation in life. I’ve always had a soft corner for her, and I would like to believe she has that for me, too. So yes, we’ve evolved. There was a certain kiddish nature that both of us had earlier. You mature with time. That childishness is still there inside, but it’s a bit more curbed now. And that’s okay.”
Kartik Aaryan on keeping his relationships private
When asked about why he chooses to keep his relationships private, Kartik revealed, “When you’re in the media spotlight, you have to respect a relationship, always. And I’ve always done that. I never talk about my relationships. There will always be countless stories about every actor and their personal life. When you’re in the industry, everything tends to get blown out of proportion. Even if you talk about my relationships, like my college romances, people are quick to label or count them. And sometimes things are just not true. Not everything you hear is correct, and you have to understand that.”
Kartik described himself as "a very good lover," and stated that he is still friends with his ex-partners. The actor mentioned that the longest relationship he's ever had lasted four years, while the shortest ended in six months. He said, "I've always been faithful. Always! Overlapping never occurred. That is just media speculation. "Overlapping was never possible." When asked what kind of wedding he would like to have someday, the actor replied, "I'd like something like my sister Kittu's wedding — a small, intimate celebration where everyone is genuinely happy."
