Rakul Preet Singh turns 31 today. On her special day, actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani took to Instagram to wish her and announce their relationship.

Wishing his ladylove, who is also the leading lady of his next #Production41 with Akshay Kumar, Jackky posted, “Without you, days don’t seem like days.
