BTS leader RM, aka Kim Namjoon, celebrates his 31st birthday today, September 12. The K-pop idol recently turned to Instagram stories to thank his fans and followers for their lovely wishes. And now, RM has received the nicest birthday wish from his bandmate, J-Hope. The BTS member resorted to Instagram stories to wish leader RM a happy 31st birthday. He even shared RM's previously unseen photos.

J-Hope took to Instagram stories and posted an unseen photo of RM with the comment, "HB!! @rkive." He followed up by posting another photo of the BTS commander on his stories.
On his 31st birthday, RM contributed 100 million to both Seoul Asan Medical Centre and Korea University Medical Centre. "I decided to donate in the hopes of giving them a small but warm hope. It's meaningful to be able to contribute, even if only in little ways, to promoting the value of medical innovation and respect for life," he said in a statement, as reported by The Chosun Daily.
According to media sources, the hospitals intend to use BTS leader RM, alias Kim Namjoon's gifts to cover medical treatment and surgery costs for economically disadvantaged or impoverished patients.
In their first official book, J-Hope commended RM for assisting fellow band members with English during US media interviews. "If it hadn't been for RM, we would have been in big trouble (laughs). I believe it would have been difficult for us to gain such popularity in the United States. "RM's role is enormous," he explained.
RM celebrated his birthday with an interesting twist
To commemorate his birthday, RM shared some photos on his Instagram stories, providing a glimpse into how he celebrated his special day.
