Is K-drama S Line returning with a next season? Check out Lee Soo Hyuk, Lee Da Hee starrer's ending

While there is no official confirmation, many assume the creator will return for season 2 in the coming months.

 

The show is based on a Webtoon story that connected viewers from all over the world. The plot involves red lines appearing on people's heads, revealing their sexual interactions, shame, and bonds with others.

 

 

After five intense episodes, S-Line drew the audience back for the sixth and final episode. The audience was glued to the screen as the protagonist, Shin Hyun-huep, discovered that the lines are erased when someone dies. It also implies that the individual's secret gets wiped from the world. 

 

Furthermore, the detective, Han Ji Wook (Lee Soo Hyuk), gathers clues to help him uncover the truth and discovers his niece's only red line in the hospital, which he then follows.

 

It is subsequently shown that the line leads back to his father, implying that the killer must be a member of Ji Wook's family. 

 

Finally, the truth is exposed, and Lee Gyu jin is identified as the perpetrator of the mystery that resulted in the deaths of numerous individuals. 

 

In the last episode, the audience watches the detective explore another realm of S-Lines, where individuals are dying to have the red lines removed from their heads. He is then stunned to watch his father being slaughtered by Gyu jin.

Season 8 of the show premiered its first two episodes at Cannes. "What if sexual connections between people became visible as red threads?" is the core question at the start of the six-part series, created by Handae Rhee and co-written and directed by Jooyoung Ahn.
