Shh! Reading in Progress

If you love books and feel like switching off from everything else, join the Suryadutta Wreadathon

Have you ever thought of going for 24 hours without your phone or a laptop in just the company of books? You can do just that at the 24-hour Wreadathon organised by The Surya Dutta group of institutes. The Wreadathon is an attempt to attract the youth to reading books again.

Maintaining silence helps us to conserve latent energy which can be channelised for enhancing one's overall knowledge base and personality". Participants of the Suryadatta 24 hours Silent Wreadathon are supposed to maintain complete silence throughout their participation.

Participants will be provided with selected novels, biographies, study books, research papers, etc. They can also bring their own books, textbooks, novels, national or international journals or decent reading material. They can can write poems, draw sketches, write research papers and case studies, prepare checklists and more. The participants can also write letters to their near and dear ones. To encourage the habit of writing letters, Suryadatta will provide post cards and envelopes duly affixed with postal stamps on it and will make arrangements to post it on the same day itself.

Participants should be 18 years and above, mainly students pursuing graduation, post graduation and above. They may also be faculty members, researchers, businessmen, housewives, fellow scholars and so on.
