However, it was not an easy journey for the young man as he had to face a lot of gains and losses making his path a roller coaster one. With several successful ventures including Shivalik Abaise', 'Shivalik Highstreet' & 'Shivalik Shilp', he proved to be a competent man in the real estate world. He always kept customers’ satisfaction to be the prime thing that helped him to gain big at the end of the day. But we know the real estate world remains the most vulnerable, he has to face too many challenges that come in the form of different risks.

Over the coming decade, he now intends to develop more than 60 million square feet of space in and around Gujarat.
