Jasraj Lailna, a 27-year-old, is a music producer, audio engineer and folk instrument player. Jasraj is born and brought up in Brampton, Ontario. He is one of the most talented music producers of the time. Jasraj completed his education in music with Masters in Music Production and Mixing/Mastering.
Although born and raised far away from his homeland, he is still a Punjabi by his heart and has carried his heritage in the music he composes. Just at the age of 12 Jasraj learned to play dhol and started making remixes to different songs. In 2014, he become skilled at playing a different kind of folk instruments of Punjab which includes tumbi, tumba, bugchu, algoze, dhad and harmonium. At a young age, Jasraj has given the music industry incredible hit songs.

When he was 20, he decided to expand his music and learned more about music producing, sound recording and the daily procedures to a music studio. He learned his drum lessons from a drummer in Ludhiana, Punjab named Bittu Jogi and his mentor in music production was producer J-Statik.
Jasraj has also an interest in ‘Bhangra’ which is the folk dance of Punjab, he also teaches bhangra to many. He had also taken part in dhol playing in Diamond–Gurnam Bhullar, Scratch-Karan Aujla/Deep, Jamdu/Gurlej Akhtar and many other. In the duration of 3 years, he released 30 songs with various music labels which include Speed Records, Jass Records and Royal Music Gang. He is also working with Surjit Khan, Nirvair Pannu, Nawab, Gurshabad & Gurpreet Maan and other top artists of the music industry in the near future.
Jasraj is an ideal representation of all those young and enthusiastic people who might have been born and brought up elsewhere but are purely Punjabi by heart. Jasraj Lailna is an inspiration to every Punjabi, who wants to break out of the mould but also bring back a classic twist to the trendy music of today.
