From National to International branding, mid-day icons have gone bigger this year. What are your thoughts on this and how will it help in your branding?
True master class from team mid-day because carrying 300+ people from India to Dubai for the event is in itself a very big task. Providing 5-star hospitality and giving everyone present there a homely feeling outside India is only possible when you have a very strong team with a positive mindset. We have received huge appreciation from our various groups, Clients and business circles for achieving this milestone outside India.
How has your experience been with mid-day? What has been the change that you have seen post your association with it? -
Growth in mid- day in the last few years has been remarkable whether it is the layout content, branding, events or providing various platforms to advertisers. Mid-day is the only newspaper in the market which is always ready for creative innovations.
With the Covid challenge, do you think the realty industry will see a transformation to match customer changing sentiments?
We all have suffered a lot in this pandemic situation but our positive mindset will help us to stand tall with respect. Real estate industry will definitely grow because there will be no pause for the property requirement after covid lockdown.
What do you think are the redeeming features of your projects that sets it apart from the rest?
We are the no.1 Land banker catering to Navi Mumbai, Thane, Naigaon and Pune area. We believe in delivering our best in a very positive way. Our main goal is to provide shelter and prosperity to our customers. Today’s need is affordable housing and our masterstroke is to deliver more than 5000 homes in the same category.
Which would you consider was the turning point/outstanding achievement of your career/company that is noteworthy?
We have delivered thousands of plots and flats to our customers for their various needs. Although we have visited Dubai 3-4 times before, this time it was a business tour and we have seen the growth in the real estate sector in Dubai with their vision and architectural creativity. They are far ahead with technology and innovations and which can be applied over here in India, this will be our main focus henceforth. So, this tour has been the main turning point where we will definitely try to be innovative in our approach. Thank you team mid- day for providing us this platform.
Have you achieved your vision for your company or is there more to achieve- your future goals?
We have one strong vision to provide a home to each and every one and that is why we are focusing on low-income groups, business class and investors.
