Meet the boss lady Tejal Pimpley and her journey to become a successful entrepreneur

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 28: Tejal Pimpley is one of the scores of women who have proven themselves in the world of entrepreneurship. Born with a business mind, Tejal Pimpley is successively firm towards her entrepreneurial ambitions. She began her entrepreneurship journey while she was 20 and she is currently heading as the director of CISB (CIS Bureaus Facility Services Pvt. Ltd), a well-known provider of security and facility management solutions. All in all, this boss lady is in charge of more than 7000 employees across all verticals.

Starting up is not easy. It takes a lot of guts besides hard work, fortitude, and going that extra mile, she mentions. Entrepreneurship is, definitely, not simple and there are enough examples of success out there to make it a worthwhile risk to undertake. Tejal however knows how to manage the other part of the equation and the failures and difficulties.

Her current objectives are streamlining financial management and induce a centralised system within the organisation. Relying less on Physical payments and maximising the Digital India Movement. Also to look after the welfare of over 20,000 employees who work under her firm CIS Bureaus Facility Services Pvt. Ltd., her vision is crystal clear to create State of Art Security & Facility Management Solutions for organisations that would offer the employees 360-degree security solutions.
Even after being a success in the entrepreneur world, Tejal still wanted to pursue her hobby and wanted to convert it into her passion. For doing so, she started her dance academy "BYou Dance Academy" in July 2019 in Mumbai which was inaugurated by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While growing up she did not have a stage where she could practice and perform her talent, so it was the lack of opportunities she had to face which gave birth to her dance academy.

"The BYou academy was launched with the motive to provide a platform for not only dance but also for every other art form which requires a platform to launch. For every person who has the talent to showcase but is unable to mainly because of lack of platform or support, BYou is the platform for those. It isn't just an academy, it is home to all those artists who live and breathe upon their talent and art" Says Tejal.

Recently BYou has also launched a new Reality based show which would encourage talents at the grassroots level and nurture them and provide a strong sustainable platform to grow. BYou has been a happy hunting ground for many celebrities who have visited BYou and utilize the premise in their YouTube videos. BYou aims at opening more branches in Pan India in time to come. BYou welcome all age artists, from young to adults. It provides opportunities to people from all races, religions, socio local backgrounds.

Tejal adds the youth of India is intelligent and fierce at the same time. Gone are the days when people were hesitant to think beyond the ordinary. The current generation thrives on thinking out of the box, which ends up becoming revolutionary ideas. In her expert opinion she mentions, for anyone to reach the helm, you should be focused on the right process to achieve the goal.
