Ask Rohit his success mantra and what advice would he give to young people, to which he says, “I’ve never said ‘NO’ to myself when I get grand ideas. Instead, I get curious! I allow myself to be inspired by my ideas and what those around me are achieving. My advice to you would be to sit down with yourself, visualize these big dreams, and say YES to yourself.”

But this success wasn’t granted or served to him on a plate. Soon after Rohit completed his graduate degree in Industrial engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA, he was dealt with a severe blow of fate. His beloved father, the late M. Mohan Reddy passed away when Rohit was hardly 23. That didn’t deter Rohit from chasing his million-dollar dreams by launching his venture in the city of Hyderabad. Ask him about his favorite place in the world, and he is quick to quip how his home - an unparalleled sophisticated bachelor pad at Signature One is the one.
Rohit isn’t your run-of-the-mill entrepreneur, who just attends boardroom meetings, goes to business conferences to attract investors, meets stakeholders, devises business expansion plans, and retires to bed. He does that and so much more. If you meet him at a seminar, you could easily mistake him for a model. After work, you can catch him unwinding in the most luxurious manner possible.
He has a rich taste in bespoken haute couture, works out in the gym for hours for his envious 6-pack body, is well-read, has travelled the world, and loves to maintain an uber-fit and healthy lifestyle. He can be spotted in various fashion and entertainment magazines, including Wow, You & I, and others, and graces the ramp walks for his fashion designer friends from Bollywood at many events. That’s not the end of the story, Rohit owns a custom-designed Aston Martin and even a private plane, Cessna. He is a high-net-worth individual (HNI) and has an estimated worth of $200 million in 2019. In the same year, he was awarded the ‘The Promising Entrepreneur of the Year’ title by the most-read English business-daily, The Economic Times (ET).
Rohit is fondly called RR by his team, his friends, and people who know him closely. Rohit is more than what meets the eye and cares about building sustainable structures under Signature Developers, which are equipped with best-in-class environmental-friendly systems. He actively participates in philanthropic activities and is generous with charity. Devnar Blind School and the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Trusts are two trusts close to his heart, and he is continuously involved in supporting their various pursuits. He equally cares about causes like education, health, and women’s empowerment. In one edition of You & I, Rohit was quoted as saying that he looks up to his mom. “She is my idol. I love the way she has always loved me and inspired me and encouraged me in adversity and believed in me. It’s not easy to reach where I have without her support and blessing.”
Rohit is a second-generation businessman, and his businesses lie in the domains of Real Estate, Entertainment, and Power. He has spent 15 years now developing iconic structures marking Hyderabad’s skyline that speak elegance, aesthetics, and sheer design brilliance. He is certainly a role model for the youth of the country for building an empire, for beating adversity, for not letting challenges define him, and for leading a clean life (He is a teetotaler, doesn’t smoke, and even avoids carbonated drinks).
