Your guy seems to be a friendly, chirpy person. It’s his nature, so there is no cause of worry. It is clear that there is nothing on his mind as he does it openly in front of you. There is no need to be insecure and suspicious. He means no harm, just try to understand his nature. Just laugh about it or better still ignore it. The worst thing to do is to berate him later, that will be a cause of worry as it will irritate him and unnecessarily create problems.
