Littie Chokha: Bihar
For those who are a fan of food on-the-go, try an Indian version; Littie Chokha. This delicious and healthy (it’s grill-cooked) dish from Bihar comprises flour balls stuffed with a mixture of gram flour and is served with two ‘dips’ -- spiced mashed potatoes (Chokha) and Baingan Bharta.
