They stood shivering in the rains without an umbrella for over four hours and got only a vada pav for their presence.
"Three buses crowded with people were brought for the rally," said Meenubai Naik (54), a staunch BSP supporter.
He added, "We will vote for the BSP because no other party helped us when our houses collapsed."
Mayawati promised that migrants from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar won't suffer if the BSP came to power.
