The publication states that even though Forbes reported that his wealth fell from $32 billion to $10 billion, indication that he is still on top of his game came in the form of his deal with Steven Spielberg to make a $500 million investment in DreamWorks.

Ambani might have ranked a little low on this list, but his future projects and ventures in the entertainment world pit him as a big player. Apart from the deal with DreamWorks, Ambani's company has also announced a plan to invest $300 million into Indian-based film productions by December 2010. Reliance Big Entertainment has also signed two separate development deals with Julia Roberts' Red Om Films and Brett Ratner's Rat Entertainment.

If these ventures are any indication, Ambani wouldn't be surprised to find himself higher on the list, perhaps closer to his 67th ranking last time. Others included Steven Spielberg, Dan Brown and George Clooney.
