An Uber driver along with five others has been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch in connection witb a kidnapping case.
The five other accused along with the Uber driver, identified as Zahir Shaikh, had allegedly kidnapped the four-year-old son of Mohd Asraf Shaikh, who is audio system repairer in Malad, Malwani area.
"We arrested the Uber driver who along with five others was demanding Rs 5 lakhs," said Sunil Deshmukh, ACP of Mumbai Crime Branch.
