It’s not long before the high tide sweeps in, wreaking havoc everywhere. Locals rush out to salvage what they can before it gets washed out in the waves
The waves press on relentless, as the slum dwellers try to protect their very homes and shops from being demolished
When the waves finally recede, they start putting their lives back together until the next tide comes in. Even the animals keep pace, reluctant to leave their human masters, even though they all know this is a battle they cannot win
