Areas beyond Mumbai where the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co Ltd (MSEDCL) provides electricity won't have power cuts for an increased period of time this summer. A spokesperson from MSEDCL said "We have reduced the load shedding hours by 45 minutes. But this has nothing to do with the elections."
