Two other accused persons, Shakeel alias Hungama and Javed alias Bobda, are still absconding.
According to police, Sha was killed outside his house in Sant Nirkari Chawl at Govandi on Friday around 3 pm.
The complainant Mohammad Ali Gulam Nabi Sha, who is the brother of the deceased said that the accused attacked his brother with an iron rod and hockey sticks.
He was taken to Rajawadi Hospital immediately, but was declared dead on admission.
