Salil Ramachandran was playing in the garden of Marvel Diva Housing Society at Magarpatta Road when the wall collapsed. His father filed a complaint against Marvel Developers at the Hadapsar police station and the builder was booked for negligence under Section 304 (a) of IPC.u00a0
