Several trains to Andhra on September 6 and 7 have been cancelled or diverted due to maintenance work in the Vijayawada Division.

South Central Railways has decided to cancel, partially cancel or divert some trains due to yard remodelling work at Krishna Canal station and track-doubling between Krishna Canal and Mangalagiri stations,.

Among others, the Bangalore-Bhuvaneswar Prashanti Express (train no. 8464), and the Bhavanagar-Kakinada town weekly express (7203), both scheduled to leave Bangalore on September 5, will be diverted.
