Did you know Mumbai is blessed with over 150 species of butterflies? That makes 10% of the India's butterfly diversity i.e. 1500 species. Started in 2004, Breakfast with Butterflies has a been a successful event hosted by the BNHS Conservation Education Centre in Mumbai.


Every year after the rains, the butterfly populations are at their peak in the jungles of BNHS Nature Reserve at Goregaon. The aim of this event is to create awareness about these Flying Jewels.


Learn why it is important to have 1-2 butterflies fleeting around your home for your survival, and know about some tips to attract butterflies.

Time: 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Venue: BNHS Conservation Education Centre, Near Film City, General A.K. Vaidya Marg, Goregaon (East), Mumbai - 65
