Shilpa Shetty became the first Indian to win the celebrity edition of Big Brother. After facing the brunt of racist remarks mostly from now deceased contestant Jade Goody, Shilpa emerged victorious.u00a0

What she said: "Are you kidding me?"u00a0Shilpa, after hearing that she had won.

Status now:u00a0 Post her win, Shilpa became a renowned name in the UK and even met the Queen. She recently married London-based businessman Raj Kundra and owns a seven-bedroom house, a restaurant in London and an IPL team bought by Raj. Jade Goody succumbed to cancer in March '09.
