This restaurant doesn't believe in serving you ketchup as that would hurt the chef's sentiments. Their USP is Bianco, which consists of Italian mozzarella, gorgonzola and sage. For seafood lovers, there are Seafood pizzas, which include white salmon, poached prawns and calamari. Their yummy Provincale pizza includes a white base, which is a mixture of garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. The other ingredients are caramelised onion, red pepper, olives, tomatoes and jalapenos.
