According to Gamdevi police, the accused, identified as 19 year-old Gururaj Manohar Shetty and 26 year-old Mohammed Ali, were booked under section 184, 130 and 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act last night at 8.20 pm at Cadbury junction, Gamdevi.u00a0
The accused have also been booked for driving without a license.
