"Everything in this gallery is eco-friendly," says Bougain Villa owner Onjali Mirchandani, as sheu00a0 shows us around her new "global art and decor gallery".

What sets it apart from a home store is that you get a feeling of walking around a store where every product is set up as if within the comfort of already having found its home. "Most of our products are sourced from craftsmen and artisans from the far east," Onjali says, of the exotic handicrafts displayed a tropical hand-painted face mask is so minutely worked on, it showcases the artistry of a miniaturist.

While the price range of products on display is slightly steep, it does however manage not to spill into an over-priced category. Proof of pudding being, as Onjali herself confesses, showing us an installation art driftwood artefact for just under Rs 26,800, when the same stuff is selling for a lakh at other bloated home furnishing stores. "All unique hand-picked products under this roof are dear to me, and I am doing it for the love of it, for people to own beautiful products within a safe budget," she ends her guide tour with.

While we surely came back dizzy dazzled by the price of a shimmering candle stick selling for over two grand, little shell turtles for Rs 699 a piece would definitely get pivot attention at your place. The gallery is stocked with Buddha items for those who crave spiritual upliftment of the shopaholic soul. If you cannot afford to step in, log onto their website, and create a wishlist. Share it with friends and pray they make your dreams come true.
