The victims, Rajesh Kumar Goyal and Ravi Kumar Goyal, were heading towards Daryaganj from Laxmi Nagar when the incident happened. Police said initial investigation indicated that the accused escaped in a black Maruti Omni and a black Pulsar motorcycle.

The police found out that more than five persons were involved in the crime and the amount looted was more than Rs three crores. "The anti-robbery section of the Crime Branch first arrested Jaspreet alias Banni, a resident of Geeta Colony. Based on the information revealed by Banni, the other three accused were held.

Those held are Gurdev alias Vicky, a resident of Rani Garden, Fahim and Fakru, both residents of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh," said Prabhakar, DCP east Delhi.
