The accused in the foreign tourist molestation case, where a 27 year-old British woman was molested at Arambol beach on October 1,u00a0 said a senior Goa police officer.
The victim was bathing at the beach, around 40 km from Panaji, when a youth from Maharashtra waded up to her and molested her.
The accused has been identified as Ravinder Gawde.
