With winters upon us, it's time to try out some sizzling soups

Nothingu00a0beats warm soup in winters. A bowl of soupy veggies and shredded meat, with smoke rising up, is enough to make mostu00a0 mouths water. While soup mostly conjures up images of Continental or Chinese dishes, even Indian cuisine has its sprinkling of the soup in the form of shorbas.



However, if you have a craving for Oriental or Continental, try out this caf ufffd where they have hot soups on the menu all of this month. Pick from the Continental selection which has soups like chicken and mushroom soup - a spiced chicken soup garnished with juliennes of vegetables, mushrooms and chicken dices - or the seafood chowder.

If you prefer Oriental, dip your spoon into prawn tom yum, chicken wonton or veg manchow. The very flavourful Thai and lemon coriander soup (both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians) is also on the menu.
